John Fagundes is a career real estate expert who has represented hundreds of buyers and sellers in Arizona, California and Sonora, Mexico. Additionally, John is a trusted resource to hundreds of property owners who enlist his team to manage their rental and investment properties. John began his real estate career over 20 years years ago as a loan officer in northern California and has been a licensed agent in Arizona since 2003 and a licensed broker since 2008. In 2009, John founded AZ Real Estate and Property Management (AZREAPM) with his partner, Jared Cranford. As Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Designated Broker, John oversees the entire sales team, the property management team and is responsible for all of AZREAPM’s operations, vendor management and growth. In 2018, John and the AZREAPM team had over 100 sales transactions and currently manage over 300 rental properties.

 

As a real estate professional that started in the mortgage industry, John has worked with hundreds of first time homebuyers and can help buyers navigate loan programs and grants that are available. For clients looking to diversify and create growth within their investment portfolios, John's lending background makes him a trusted advisor for complicated real estate decisions. John and his family have called central Phoenix home for almost 20 years and he is married with two beautiful children, Ayden and Taylar Rae.

In 2018 John and his team added a new region to their communities served: northern Arizona. As a lifelong outdoorsmen and off-road enthusiast, John enjoys helping families find vacation homes and investment properties in communities like Flagstaff and Munds Park.

Pre-Real Estate: As one of his first jobs, John sold luxury cars (including Porsche) in the Bay Area.

Working in real estate for over a decade, Jared brings over 20 years of sales and account management experience to his leadership role at AZ Real Estate and Property Management (AZREAPM). Prior to founding AZREAPM in 2009 with his husband, Jared managed hundreds of school accounts as the Arizona sales manager for the largest school photography company in the country.

As Chief Administrative Officer, Jared oversees all of the marketing, administrative and HR functions of the business. Jared manages all of AZREAPM’s strategic partnerships, handles high-level client relations and is responsible for demand generation and business development.

The geographic focus of AZREAPM was exclusive to the Phoenix metropolitan area (Maricopa County) until 2013 when Jared and his family discovered Rocky Point, Mexico. As an avid traveler who is always planning the next family vacation, Jared loves Puerto Peñasco’s sandy beaches, delicious seafood and casual beach vibes. Seizing on the opportunity to serve a coastal market and educate others on the long-term investment potential of the Sea of Cortez, Jared became a licensed agent serving Sonora, Mexico in 2013. Since then, the AZREAPM team has helped dozens of clients realize their dreams of an international vacation home or investment property.

Jared is deeply connected to Phoenix and is a 1997 graduate of Barry Goldwater High School. He has lived in central Phoenix for almost 20 years and is a proud dad of a Hopi Elementary School Hawk and an Ingleside Middle School Trojan.
