As a Friend and I were contemplating buying a house as an investment property; AZ Real Estate and Property Management was recommended to us through a mutual friend. As first time home buyers, we knew very little about the process or what went into buying a home. John Fagundes, Jared Cranford and Michelle Dryden could not have been more accommodating to us and our enormous list of questions. The team responded quickly, gave us additional information about properties we were interested in (which allowed us to save time and make decisions more quickly) and they were very flexible with dates and times to go look at properties. In the middle of looking for a home, my friend and I ran into a personal setback that postponed us from buying a house for an additional three months. To our surprise, both John and the team were extremely patient with us, they kept in consistent contact throughout the process and frequently asked if there was anything they could do to help. After recently closing on our beautiful new home, I am so grateful that we chose AZ Real Estate and Property Management and I am proud to not just consider them our realtors, but our close friends. Ive had John and his team managing my rental properties for years! They're really great and make my busy life so much easier! They're always so helpful and courteaous. I never have anything to worry about. IDK what I'd do without them!!
